Betty Chinn is raffling a beautiful Amish hand crafted quilt made by an Amish woman in Pennsylvania to earn money to build showers for the homeless and less fortunate in Eureka. I have tickets to help you raffle this beautiful Amish Quilt. It is stitched with perfection and artfully designed! The meaning of this quilt is very special!
The woman who hand crafted the quilt wrote to Betty Chinn.
The meaning of the quilt:
It is a star of Bethlehem. The star itself respresents Jesus.
The colors-the reds are for blood and tribulation.
The center of the star is where his life began and that is red.
When Jesus first began his life, already Herod was afteRaffle to earn money to build showers for homeless in Eurekar it,
And many baby boys had their blood shed.
That's the red center.
The blue is for faithfulness.
His main life was very faithful.
The main part of the star is blue,
But then the tips, which is the end of his life is again red.
And that is when his blood was shed for you and me.
And you will notice that the quilting surrounding the star are hearts.
Those hearts mean love;
He had so much love for us.
But then in the central border you find the quilting to be
Small hearts attached to each other all around the star.
That's us.
We are holding hands in a big circle around jesus.
He is the center. He is looking out at us.
And we are looking in at him. Praise God!
